Why would you ever want to move the engine?

yeah, I am missing why you would want to move it as well... the stock position is almost perfect for 50/50 weight distribution

The car has a near (49.9/50.1) weight distribution stock.

If you're going with a carbed Periphial Port? You won't need to move the motor...

What are you racing in?
Certain race sanctions have very clear rules about moving the engine.
Why don't you check the rule book before doing this.

Lower polar moment of inertia. Theoretically the car could turn (spin) faster.
