Question quicky about aux ports

Before anyone asks, this is on a '90. I just went out and checked the operation of my 5th and 6th ports. I pulled on the actuator arms front and rear, and found that the rear moved about 1/4 inch. The front didn't move at all in or out from the position it currently holds. Are my ports stuck? If it should only take 1.4 psi to open, then they should both move easily by hand right? Anyone give me a little info on this?
