So I figured out my 4K hesitation and finally after 900 miles of breaking it in, got to test it out. It boosts right about 8 psi and pulls very hard all the way up to redline. The street port is VERY evident over stock. Brian at BNR Supercars did a great job with the engine.

The mods so far are a healthy street port w/ Hurley racing seals, gutted both cats (full 3" goes on next week), removed ALL emissions (gotta love Alabama), removed AC and power steering, stock turbo with large ported wastegate and removed twin scroll, cone filter, 16" Permacool E-Fan, SPEC stage 3 racing clutch (very grabby!). Im sure theres a couple more little things im leaving out, but thats the jist of it. Anyway, just wanted to share. BTW it took down a Pony car getting on the interstate...gotta love those V8s

 

i can't believe it took so long to rack up nine hundred miles! glad to hear it's running well, though.
