Quickie: Turbo throttle body question

Hey everyone,
there's a little 'nipple' as most of you call it, comming out of the throttle body. Mine is disconnected, not pluged up either.

1. is this suppsoed to be plugged up?
(i have no air pump or afm)

2. Can i run my bov or other goodies off this line? any pressure drop because of the intercooler?

sorry, just need a quick answer, car's not yet running. Thanks

It's for coolant. Do the TB mod and ignore it.
