The FPR solenoid is also optional. (something about hot start anti-flooding)

I was thinking about removing it. I did a shitload of searching here last night about it and most people say it doesn't hurt anything on your car if its removed. Others say that it does for hot starting... I just don't like it cause of engine fires and ****.
I say take it out and get rid of all the selenoids once and for all!

I dunno, thats what I read. It takes longer to turn over or some ****.

Just search for engine fires, or search for "fpr" or "fuel pressure regulator" and you'll see people discussing about its removal.

Just check it out.
