Quick question about s4+s5 bumper

I have a 91 n/a rx7 and recently got into an accident. I need to change the front bumper. I found a bumper from a 86-88 and I was wondering if it will be an easy fit or will I have to modify. Thanks for the help guys!!!

This has been covered many times before. Yes, it is an easy fit. Keep in mind that the horizontal trim will not match.

The trim is totally different. The S4 has an indentation in the center as you know, but the S5 is solid with a much thinner indent in the bottom.

So do you think I'm better off waiting a bit until I find the S5 bumper. Hey, I just noticed your in Ontario, I'm in Montreal. By any chance, do you have any places you might know of for good parts

I think your better off finding the proper bumper...

As for suppliers, I don't know. Have you tried the Canadian Buy and Sell forum?

The S4 bumper has a rubber gasket that acts like a spacer between the bumper & body. The S5 bumper does not.
