Injector Question...

I just recently installed an 88 n/a motor into my 87 n/a.... I need to buy injectors but dont know if the 87 ones will work or if I need the 88 injectors?.... Also do I need a 88 ecu? Will it run with the ECU I have now? ANY Commemts would be apreciated...

Thanks guys

Your ecu will work perfectly fine. However you should get a set of low impedence(87 model or below) injectors to work with the resistor pack the pre 88 cars had.

I have 88 NA injectors (440cc) 2x 10k miles and 2x ?? miles. You can install resistors and they will work low impedance. Also, the 86-87.5 fc's were low impedance and he 87.5-88 were high impedance, you might want to find out which ones you have.
