A quick one...

Hi , I used to own a FD3S when I would turn the key on...I would hear the fuel pump working.
Is it the same principal for the FC???when you turn ignition on ...are you suppose to hear the fuel pump working...? if so i might have found the problem of the FC not starting

The fuel pump turns on when the key is turned into START. Once the car has started, it stays on wehn the key is in the ON position. You can see if the pump is working by putting the key in ON, then jumping the fuel check connector near the passenger side strut tower, or you could push in the AFM flap. You should be able to hear the fuel whirring if you put your ear by the fuel rail

No bumps man, especially after a few minutes

OK then no, the fuel pump does not just turn on when the key is turned into the ON position from ACC.

If I remember right, it is a yellow connector with only 2 terminals. To jump, connect the 2 terminals with wire. Have you gotten the FSM or a Haynes?
