Check out the Corksport header, they sell it for a resonable price and they said they dynoed like a 14hp increase or somethin like that on a turbo.
I can't quite remember if im right or not but just check they're site its all on there.

basically your asking us which piece of crap is better. neither save the money buy racing beat. i wouldn't be surprised if obx or pacesetter didn't rust out on you in a couple years being on the east coast.

Apparently. I'd like to see a turbo header myself, I'm curious how that works.
As for OBX, they look like another cheap-*** company. Let me tell you something about the rotary engine: it has INCREDIBLY hot exhaust. Low cost exhaust systems like this use thin, low-quality metals that will warp due to the extreme heat of a rotary engine. I have personally witnessed this. When I bought my car, it had a bonez mid-pipe, and the flange was noticeably warped due to heat, causing a non-fixable exhaust leak. A similar thing would happen with a header of this quality.
The RB header/presilencer now costs about 550 + shipping, which is a bit expensive if on a budget, but is perfect if you want to get rid of the cat. The corksport header is only 300+shipping, so if you want to keep the cat its more economical.

Our Streetable Header/Collector is designed for a bolt-on installation, when used with the appropriate Power Pulse Presilencer, in all 1986-92 non-turbo RX-7s. The combination of this Header/Collector and the appropriate presilencer replaces the stock exhaust manifold and all catalytic converters, along with any intermediate pieces of tubing. (In this application, the presilencer will bolt-up to the factory Y-pipe.)
For optimum performance gains for this application, we recommend that a header be used on an engine configured with a carburetor intake system. For this reason, we suggest another suitable configuration for use on a fuel-injected engine is the Racing Beat Catalytic Converter Replacement Pipe with Presilencer combo. These components offer comparable performance gains, quieter performance and a price advantage as compared with the header/presilencer combination. These components replace only the stock exhaust components located between the stock exhaust manifold and the Y-pipe.
I believe the header replaces the exhaust manifold and pre-cats, then the presilencer replaces the main cat. However you cannot hook up the RB Header to a stock main cat.
rx7.com sells rb header + high flo cat packages that bolt up to stock y pipe. And High flo at that bolts up to y pipe and rb header.
For $50 more then that OBX knockoff of an even crappier Pacesetter header, you can have an equal length stainless header from Corksport, or Mazda Motorsports, etc.
