quick easy question

hey, I'm going to install my head unit tomorrow, and want to get the stuff from circuit city (wiring harness/bracket/and connector) but they only have the 7's listed back to the 91... is the stereo stuff the same in my 87n/a as it would be in a 91 since they are the same generation...?

The plugs are different for the S5 and up cars, than the S4 cars.

You will need to old style Mazda plugs, not the newer style in an 87 as in your signature.

And I hope that your friend doesn't work in installation as that is very basic and something that even the first year installer should know.

u dont just use a test light to find the power wires/acc. wires, then find the ground easy as 1... 2....3!!

BTW replace all speaker wires cos they r a pain to find!!

There just are two style of plugs. The older 80's style and the newer versions. It should be in their inventory system.
