Is the Red circle the brake booster hookup? 88 tII

Also, any idea what the green circle hooks up to?

RED is brake booster. The black plastic nipple(green circle) goes to the intercooler. I'm 99 percent sure, but .....go look at your intercooler and see if you have a connection at the right rear for that. On a 87tii there are two small connections at the right rear. One for that plastic nipple, the other for the air supply valve. Air supply valve is seen in your picture at the rear of the throttle body. That sota gold solenoid. Its outlet is that black hose about 2 inches above the solenoid.

 

And the two small nipples above the green check valve.....larger one is for the oil injector spider. The top one for the fuel injector air bleeds located inbetween the two oil injectors on the intake manifold.
