quick bonez cat question

I recently bought a used bonez hi-flow cat *used twice to pass smog*. The guy used it for his old TII I just found out, but I have an NA. I was looking at the pictures on rx7.com and it looks like the NA cat is a little longer than the TII cat. I never noticed this before, I thought they were all the same. Am I going to reach a little short when I try to install my cat tommorow?
Does anyone have any suggestions? I was thinking a muffler shop can cut off the flange on the cat, weld an extension pipe and weld the flange back onto that so it will be the right length.

Both main cats are the same, so if it hasn't been altered to fit a custom system, it will fit with no problems. Just get under the car and see how it lines up. If indeed it is a little short, yes, a muffler shop can do the work, or if you tell them how much length needs to be added to the cat, they can do that also and you install.
