Quick answer please....

Im in the process of putting together my wrecked S4. The airbox was crushed and I ripped it out of the car a few weeks ago, inadventenly ripping the air flow meter out of its hosing. The contacts and what not were bent and broken from this.

I have a complete S5 airbox. I know the air flow meter is different, has a different plug and what not.

The quesiton is; is there anyway for me to use the S5 air flow meter. Can i use the S5 one and splice the wires together in the harness? basically any ideas on what i can do with existing pieces and parts.

thanx

The way the air flow meters operate is different, Yes it is possible to wire it up to function, yes it will operate sort-of. Just use an S4 airbox. they are cheap easy to find, hell, I'll sell you one for $25 + shipping.
