Questions....ECU maybe???....and more...

1)Heres a quick question.....if Im runnin an S4 N/A engine(sue me...TII engine blew on the previous owner) in an S4 TII, would the ECU be tellin the car to throw the certain amount of fuel needed for a turbo engine, that could be too much for an n/a engine? if it does....would the engine kind of like flood when I floor the car??

2) Is running an aftermarket intake better than the stock air-box? please give me the pros and the cons....

3)What could be up with my gauges....the oil pressure and gas gauges dont work, they used to before I put on some reverse glow gauges from ebay on my car(have pics if y'all wanna see)

4)Whats the easiest way to find out if one of your Apex seals arent in the best of shape?(engine runs......I juss heard that the choking was due to that)

5)Would an S5 intake manifold fit on an S4 engine? or are they just too diff? and if it fits what are the pros or cons?

And to finish it off Im sorry, this is my first RX7, I aint asking to be flamed, but I tried searching for all of these and I couldnt find it....I kind of got impatient so i asked....if you dont want to answer, then lead me in the right eidrection besides the usual "theres a search function, use it" that i read in every other thread where a question is asked.

To make the S5 intake fit You will have to grind some metal off of the rear iron next to the inspection cover. You will also have to block off the EGR passage. Racing Beat has one. It's like $9.00 shipped. The S5 intake is superior to the S4 as It has the VDI system, which if I understand it correctly helps inject more air into the engine. As far as the gagues are concerned, I don't know. for the Apex seals, Check the compression and make sure that all three faces are fairly close to each other in numbers on each rotor. If you need a S4 N/A ECU let me know I also have the insturment cluster if you need one.

Thanks Alot, Because I was thinking of putting an S5 manifold on my engine, get some more power I guess since I aint rich enuff to get a TII engine yet.....oh and I'll add you to my buddylist incase I do need that S4 N/A ECU, thanks bro.
