I would like to know if when I remove the LSD from this shell I have if it will still be able to roll (to the scrap yard)

Flipper, even if you take the subframes out,the Scrapper should take it.Just ask them for a Flatbed truck.I had NO bottom **** what so ever in my Yellow one,.the damn thing was 960 pounds!..oh just make sure they will take it like that first though.Best thing is to phone them in advance and find out. Then if they will,go to Freakin town on it!Some places are different as they bring a Tow truck, not a Flatbed.

Heh, a friend of mine once stripped a car down to the frame and then cut it up with an acetylene torch and threw the pieces away in the trash.

Found out the hubs were coming out of the bearings.

Werd, I made sure they brought the flatbed. ******* didn't give me a dime for the shell becuase it wasn't a complete car though. At least I didn't have to pay to get it carted away which amost happened to a buddy of mine.... instead we did something like

If they dont tow it away... Find a canal, or a lake... Let it go underwater =P

I keed I keed.... I know a couple of people that have done that though...

Just comfirm that they will take it, and accept that they probably wont pay you. Some local junk yards here will only pay if i has an engine, even if it was a complete shell, only missing the engine...

took a 1995 protoge to a junk yard once, they told me to remove the gas tank and I did but while i was there i cut the cat and took it to our local place that all the junkyards sell theirs too and sold it. trailered the car to the yard we exchanged cash for title and i went to drive off and the guy wanted the money back because it had no cat and they didn't see it till the fork lift took it off the flat bed. I said see ya! Free car gone for 125 for the car and 150 for the cat... lol
