i have a running s4 with no interior except for the orange looking seats and dash, looks stolen, horrible paint job lol, no sun roof. pretty much it looks like a giant monster chewed it up and spat it back out and said it tasted like crap lol. My friend is selling his 91 rhd to me only it has no motor or tranny. the condition of his car is much better looks wise. Im planning on swapping the s4 engine and tranny into the s5. so my question is, will it be closer to being a simple plug and play or am i gonna have massive headaches trying to get all the s4 parts to work properly in the new chassis? What are some of the issues i should expect?

also i searched and couldn't fined the answers i needed so sorry if this is a repeat of another thread.

i did the reverse (s5 engine into s4 chassis) and honestly it wasnt that hard like everyone says. i just swapped the s5 engine harness and ecu in. the only down side was i didnt have the cluster plug from the s5 for the ecu so i had 2 wire it in directly.
