question, what is in front of radiator
it took me about three nights to get it off, working about an hour or two an night, but i also had to figure out which bolts to take out. bascially all u have to do is take all the accecories off, radio trim, idiot cluter trim and clutster, shifter surround, door vent covers, main gauge cluster and surround stuff like that. then u have to find the bolts that hold the dash down. i dont know how many there are off hand, two by the doors, and two on each side of the tranny hump, but i think there are more. then just pull it out. you should be able to see the fan and ac unit unser it in front of the passanger side seat. it should be able to be done in a weekend. the blower is the climate control fan. i dont have a digi cam, but i will try to get some pics scanned. i just removed my oil cooler too(trying to fix that as well) so it would be easy for me to get that out. what about the belt for the condesor? would that be a prob?
Remove the a/c. hell I'm in the process of removing mine. Not to mention the power steering (dont need that either, be a man). Air pump? Who tha **** needs that. ACV can go in the garbage. Hmmm, underdrive pulleys cause I had to buy a double pulley for the alternator now anyways. Electric fan in place of that other piece of ****. Now, look at all the weight you just dropped and power you just made and gained back. Hey while I'm at it I'm thinkin FCD and a boost gauge, boost controller, A/F ratio gauge, downpipe, and single 3in. exhaust back to a 3in. inlet to 4in. tip stainless steel muffler. And no cats either. fuckem. Now with all the power I just gained I'll be more able to efficiently operate my 3/65 A/C as well.

As for A/C, those who're saying "I removed it and I live in XX!" are all living in hot but dry climates. When you're living somewhere where humidity gets high, A/C is a godsend. A/C is as much about dehumidification as it is about cooler temps. Plus it defogs windows in seconds!

I have no AC, no PS, no emissions, blah blah blah. My RX7 is loud, hot, and smells horrible from all the fumes! But I bet its faster than most of those out there with AC. (well, when the engine isnt blown up)
I wouldnt trade it for the world! If I want AC, thats what my daily driver is for!
