question on bridgeport

i just bought a s4 13b bridgeport motor with about 5000 miles on it. would i be able to run it right now with my stock s4 ecu?

Will it run? Yes.

Will it run well? No.

It will be a ***** to start, buck like crazy at low RPM and be highly down on power from what it should make.

Since you didn't specify whether this was a turbo or NA engine, that's about all the information one can give. If this is a turbo engine, then ABSOLUTELY NOT. The little stock turbo will be hammered by the bridgeport and the ECU will have no hope of keeping up.
