Question about S4 Turbo

How much hp will a stock s4 turbo support? I have gotten 250 at the wheels on the one that was on my SE block on 8 psi. I am now using S4 turbo tII rotors and housing and S5 N/A 6 port housing, its streetported as well and the 6 ports done right. I wanted to crank it up to about 10 psi. I'm wondering if I am going to pull out more than 250 on that tiny turbo. What do you guys think?

you'll prolly get more power but be careful you don't start leaning out, or you could pop that motor in no time.

There was a thread about max HP from a stock turbo just this week, and I believe most members said 250max.

Well rotor, that was 250rwhp max on a 4-port motor. A 6-port flows a lot more air...More in, more out..faster spool, less PSI drop off at higher RPM's...

If you can keep the intake charge cool enough (read:alcohol injection?) and boost 13-14psi..I'd say 260rwhp?

Ahh I see... I don't know much about the 6port turbo conversions, but you learn new things every day... However I do know that a stock s4 turbo cannot handle 13-14psi of boost. 10psi is usually max before you risk failure from the unit.

damn... guess its turbo upgrade in my future. Don't really have to worry about leaning out... 1600cc injectors I think can pump enough fuel for that tiny turbo.
