the first thing is that the plug for the CAS is not in the ECU harness it is in the same harness as the alternator. be more specific about the BAC aer you missing the whole plug?

Couldn't be more right. Here's a jpg showing what harness the CAS plug goes to.

IF the only harness you changed out was the EM harness that mounts on the engine (fuel injector plugs etc) then the CAS plug is still on the harness that it was on before you started messing with the car.

And the Alt plug will not be found if this is a non turbo that now has a Turbo EM harness on the engine.

The Turbo cars alternator plug is on the Engine harness that routes on the left side of the engine bay.

The non turbos alternator plug is a part of the EM harness (the one you removed to put in the Turbo EM harness).

In the jpg attached, the EM harness on the engine is colored black/white. The ENGINE harness is colored BLUE. The FRONT harness is colored RED.

Before you tried to convert the engine, you should have read and understood the threads on this site that deal with swapping from non turbo to turbo. You wouldn't have your present problem if you had.
