Question about engine

well, im talkin to FC3AZ, well ive had a ticking sound by the header ever since i put the header on, and FC3AZ said his car did when he put a header on and a friend of his car did it also, so im wondering, is that just something a rotary does when you put a header?? anyone that has any light on this please tell me thanks

exhaust leak? check the torque on the bolts

thats what i thought too, but on 3 cars??

i know mine are tight enough, it just makes a clicking noise and there are no leaks that i can tell

pull it back off and look at the gasket you will be able to see the carbon tracking if it is leaking, might not be the right gasket, or did you resue the old one?

i reused my old one, the other guys used new ones, im gonna do a new exhaust setup and buy a new header, and use 2 gaskets and see if that does anything
