Well my old best track times were 18.0xx.
I just put new tires on it, did a oil change, and put new NGK plugs in.
I then went to the track last night and ran 17.7xx.
My plugs were really fucked up when I took them out.

I am thinking Fuel filter should be changed and what else?

I checked the second cat so far and it looked ok, but then I didnt know what to look for.
