Question about 5/6 ports if I do the S4->S5 intake swap
Ok, so S4 5/6 ports are vacuum controlled via exhaust, hence the nipple that RacingBeat offers for their exhaust header for the S4. The part that connects to that nipple would be on the S4 LIM, correct?
If so, and I did the S5 intake onto my S4 block and kept the S4 LIM (assuming I still take care of the VDI situation separately), I would still have vacuum-actuated 5/6 ports and would, therefore, need the 86-88 header with the nipple for the ports, yes?

I'm not sure where the tube for the Aux port actuation goes, but I bet its to the Actuators that sit on the LIM.
Yes you will still need the 86-88 header unless you switch to the S5 LIM.
I have S5 Intake parts if you need them. PM me.

Well, the actuators (even on an s4) are actuated by pressure, not vacuum. On an s4 its supplied by the exhaust, on an s5 its supplied by the air pump.
Other than that, you are correct. If you keep the s4 LIM then you keep the s4 actuators, and you will be able to use the nipple on the s4 header to operate them.
