question about 13b oil ring springs

I know for the front rotor you put the white one on the front and the blue on the rear. Do you put the white on on the side that rear startionary gear is on on the rear rotor?
and the blue on the side that touches the intermediate plate?

i don't pay attention to colors since the springs never have paint on them anyways.

the rear face springs corscrew clockwise into the groove, front face is opposite, check the FSM or haynes, it should give descriptions of the color on the springs as well as the locking directions.
