Putting tII lsd in a vert?
i know it can be done, as im sure it has been quite often, i just want to know what all i would need and about how much it would cost.
also, is it even really worth it?

At a minimum, you would need the TII LSD, TII halfshafts, and a special driveshaft 2691-799R from Mazdatrix. The driveshaft is a little over $300, and the other parts you can buy used for whatever price you can negotiate. At a maximum, you could swap an entire TII drivetrain.
Personally, I see no point in putting an LSD in a convertible, but that's just me. I do have KYB AGX dampers and Racing Beat springs on my convertible, and I think that these items are well worth it if the original parts need to be replaced.

You'll need the axle halfs too. Here is a link to Rotary Resurrections list of drive train differences.

Good luck.
