Is putting an air intake on an FC any diff. than putting one on a 4 banger?

Is putting an air intake on an FC any diff. than putting one on a 4 banger?
I was just wondering if putting an aftermarket air intake on an FC was any different/harder than putting one on a regular 4 cylinder?
