1. Looking at the motor from the front, the eccentric shaft turns clockwise. Turn the engine cockwise until the first mark on the pulley aligns with the pointer.
2. Remove the flat, black cover from the cas.
3. At the bottom of the cas, align the tear drop mark on the body of the cas with the dimple on the rotating gear.
4. Hold that alignment, and now look into the top of the cas. Mentaly align any gear tooth with a fixed point on the cas body.
5. Hold the alignment and insert the cas into the engine all the way. Now look at the gear tooth you made a note of earlier. Is it in the same spot. Not likely. So you rotate the body of the cas until that tooth matches the spot on the cas that you noted earlier. Now install the bolt that holds the cas to the engine.
6. Go to http://www.iluvmyrx7.com and download the factory manual. The Engine section. Put it on your harddrive.
6. If the bolt will not insert, because the body of the cas has been rotated so as to cover the bolt hole, pull the cas and reinsert the cas at a slightly different angle until you get the desired result.
