the sensor by oil sending unit is the factory sending unit for temp guage, its a one wire hookup, when ya get the radiator out take a flashlight and look inside see if ya have alot of corrosion inside.or just corrosion on temp sending unit connection.

Quick way what you need is a strong rope and a lamp post. just tie it round the rad other end to the post and back away at full power. Its like pulling a tooth using a bit of string tied to a door handle and getting someone to slam it.
please have a friend video it and post.
And if it doesnt work you can always use it to hang yourself.

only playing pig of a job unless you have a stripped engine bay, it just takes time.

cmon guys.. its a radiator.. seriously.. its about as easy as changing your oil.. and thats really easy!

take off fan (follow NZconvertable's directions to make it easy) take off the bolts keeping the shroud on. unbolt peices of metel that attach to the RAD and the car. drain radiator. make sure the car is cool otherwise this will be an unpleasent processe. once thats done, remove radiator. Putting it back on in reserve order.

You guys need to buy a Haynes book..
