Question Which pulley for the Taurus alternator?

Which pulley for the Taurus alternator? My alternator is slowly dying and I'm looking at getting the Taurus 130amp to replace it. Atkins has a Dual Sheave Alternator Pulley and a Single. I'm not sure which one is proper for my application. Any help would be appreciated.

Well there's two questions that need answered.
1. Do you still have your air pump? If not you'll need the dual belt one. Even if you do you can still use the dual belt one with only one belt on it.
2. What is the shaft size on the Taurus Alt.? 15mm or 17mm. I think it is probably 17mm like the FD alt. because it comes with a serpentine belt stock. In which case you'll need one of these because the stock shaft dia. is 15mm.

Dak, thank you for the information.
1. I only have one belt on my alternator. I have not removed my air pump and I have successfully passed Cali emissions. So, I assume it's still there. (I can verify tonight when I'm home.)
2. I am not seeing the spec of the shaft size of the Taurus Alt. That would be a good thing to find out before I start ordering parts.

The taurus alt has a 17mm shat. You'll need the dual sheave pulley meant for the fd alt. You may also need to space the pulley out depending on which Taurus alt casting you have.
