Problems S5 turbo/mani. swap..(long)

Ok, to start off I recently purchase a used S5 turbo and manifold (around 60k miles). I swap all my S4 turbo's tubing onto the S5 turbo and put it on. I then got it running and it blew a fuse (EGI Comp) as soon as I back out of my drive way to test drive it. I Replaced that and wasn't sure on the reason for it. When I got it running again I drove it around my neighborhood after I warmed her up and around 3k RPMs there comes a "whistling" sound around the turbo area, even when it's idle and I rev it up by hand. Also when I started doing this I noticed my temp gauge being higher than usual. I did loose some coolant when changing out the turbos but refilled it. Then the tank that holds excess coolant (I think, sits right in front of the radiator) began boiling so I immeadiately turned off the car. If this helps my engine is a new streetported engine from Atkins, stock radiator everything. So my questions now are.. What would cause that boiling and unusual temperatures?

Just wondering how much do the S5 turbo and manifolds go for? I have a set and I'm about to sell it.

Twin scroll

Did you remove the rest of the twin scroll system, solonoid and vacuum line?

There was a vacuum line that ran to the twin scroll actuator.

If you plug it with something you will be able to tell if that's the majority of your problem. Ideally you'll trace it back and unplug that solonoid , block that solonoid's vacuum feed and pitch the whole hose.
