Problem with tranny, clutch, or bearing?? need some advice

Hey guys, i was reading up about some of the threads about tranny is shot, or won't shift into gears. But mine is not like that, at least not yet.

I am hearing noises coming from (i think) tranny or clutch. I cruised around 40, 50 mph on the street, my foot go off the gas slightly enough so it's not at throttle, i can hear a rattle, or something is loose noise. If I cruised and let my foot off completely away from the gas, there's no noise. Also when I slow down, (with and without the clutch engaged) sometimes I can hear those noises. My bro has a seven and his pilot bearing was shot and couldn't shift at all, so I didn't think that was my problem. I checked my gear oil about 2 weeks ago, had to refill it. Could the lack of gear oil causing that noise? or should I worry about other factors that may cause this to happen?

One more thing, my car has noises coming out from the driver side front wheel area. It sounds like something is gonna fall off, but checked the disk brake, the spring, suspension, everything seems fine. It's most obvious went riding on bumpy road.
Anyone have similar problem?

I replaced my clutch and its still hard for me to select gears, I think it might be pilot bearing cause its hard for me to get out of gear too

i had a squeaky noise coming from my tranny which turned out to be a loose exhaust heat shield. the noise came as i let off the gas, is that the same thing you're experiencing?

I think mine is not really squeaky noise, it's more like something is about to come lose somewhere under the car. Sounds pretty scary at times, have been driving like this for at least couple month now. But nothing has fallen out, and the sound is still around.
