Problem: Can't bring down my IDLE
My 87 TII does the 3000rpm startup warmup routine and then idles at 1500rpm when cold. Then after it fully warms up, it still idles at 1100rpm. I was trying to knock it down to 750-800rpm, so I jumped the initial set connector and turned the screw on my BAC all the way left & all the way right, but IT didn't do a single thing, except make the idle noise change, but it still idled at 1000-1100rpm. What could be wrong?

do you have coolant in the bac vavle yet?? that was your problem before. the thermowax isn't taking the fast idle off. you need to get your coolant flowing.

above acv
it is the cylinder thing above the acv valve which is above the turbo/exhaust. It has a cooling line and an electrical plug attached to the the bottom.
