So my 1990 gtu was messed with a lot before i got it. somebody adjust the throttle stop screw, the idle screw, and the tps adjustment. the car rund weird the rpm's jump up and down a little bit when idling and hesitates at the top of the gears????? Anybody know how to get back to stock adjustments? And any online diagrams for removal and cleaning of fuel injectors and aux. ports??

Set the throttle stop to zero (it should just barely touch the throttle).

Get the car warm then turn it off and set the TPS (search if you don't know how).

Then start it and set the idle (if doesn't idle right after you set the TPS you have another problem, ie vacuum leaks)... make sure to bypass the BAC when you set the idle.

(set the TPS again once you've set the idle).

You might as well set the timing while you're at it (if you have a timing gun).

I've got the same problem. In my opinion, buy a can throttle body cleaner (like $3). With the motor running spray a little around each vacuum tube, if there is a change in the idle (it will go up because the alcohol in the cleaner will go in the engine) you will know where the vacuum leak is if there is one.
Does the idle strain when you push the brakes in, turn on the AC, or turn the wheel?

Yeah it strains when the ac and heat is on.
