Primaries acting funny...

I have GOOD reason to believe that my primary injectors are giving me problems. I'll try to make it simple.

and in the order in which I think of it:

below 3800 the engine is skippy... likes to miss a lot, above it is ok.

sometimes idles around 1500, sometimes 700-800, both when warm, always 1500 when cold

when it is warm it seems to run fine except @ 3800 (3.8k hesitation I know, but that doesn't explain the rest, I'm going to reground it all out anyways.)

runs richer than it is supposed to, probably 8-10 mpg on stock power. in town MPG.

should regrounding fix ALL of this? or am I getting my hopes up?

PS: the engine is freshly rebuilt too, with new seals and housings. 600 miles on the rebuild.

take off your intake manifolds and replace all those seals.... could be an intake leak somewhere?

and while your at it, you can then access your primaries and check em out too...

BUt yeah, get rid of that 3.8k hesitation first.

It has all new seals (just rebuilt the engine) for the intake. I think I used some xtra gasket sealer on it too... not sure though... Injectors also freshly cleaned. I did all of this while rebuilding since it was easy to get to.

I'll do the regrounding this weekend. what gauge wire should I use or does it matter?
