There was a NA FB in rxtuner that was doing below 10 sec. I don't remember exactly the engine but for sure it was a 13B PP.

add enough Nitrous to an engine and it could do it, for one pass....

yea, jesus padilla, ken scheepers; i believe theyre both 10 seconds. i would assume its the fact that 'how many standalone n/as are out there?' a 12.9 stock ecu n/a, maybe not, but how many 10.9 second stock ecu T2s are there? people just dont fight into the n/a realm like they do turbo. and, though i'm n/a as of now, i can't blame them. i'm not sure what it would take to hit such a number, but i don't want to consider it too unrealistic. i hope i'm not being overly optimistic. i don't think i am.

that and if he was running the airflow sensor, it wasnt a haltech. i cant speak for any other standalones, but i dont think (m)any run AFMs.
NOS fuel mix with jetfuel? not sure what he means. i guess, theoretically, you could have certain sized injectors and run a stock ecu with ethanol, methanol, nitromethane (etc). i could be COMPLETELY wrong about this, though. but did _he_? no. i'd put my lifesavings on it. he can't spell "fuel" (unless its spelt that way where he lives), "written," "meter," or "which." i guess he could always be a really rich kid that 'aint too brite,' but why would he have a second gen gxl??? he's a moron trying to impress you. he just needs your sugar lovin.

i'm going to daydream while i lie to you about running a fast time in my n/a.

me: "yea, its not as fast as lots of T2s at the track, but it'll run 12s."
you: "oh yea? whatcha got done to that hizza?"
me: "well, first we broke down the block. its a complete s5 block with fd bearings, hardened gears, and the carb air jet fuel trick in the e-shaft. its got all new housings so i dont risk compression loss from old ones. i've got a nice bridgeport and ported exhaust ports; no diffusers. i'm running a custom intake manifold with dual throttle bodies. the entire exhaust is custom built and tuned for the engine setup. i'm running a haltech e6k and redlining upwards of 10K; i don't wanna kill the motor too soon."

thats a setup i would have. i mean, i dont have it, yet i can at least bullshit about it. what did he do? bypassed the AFM? yea, try to run your car with no AFM. better yet, "bypass" it. yea, see how it runs with a constant or no voltage to the ecu. some people at least need to learn to lie better. one thing i cant lie about is fuel; i wouldnt know how to set that up. i also left off ignition... uhm, "4 MSDs. each tuned for leading and trailing..."

He could be running an old HKS vain pressure controller to bypass the afm.

But he's not due to the fact that he is full of **** to the brim!

Thats it, Im moving to New Zeland.
