The easiest way to do it is tee into the BOV valve line. The best way to do it (IMO) is to put a brass vac nipple in the AVC block-off plate in the same location it was on the ACV.
Make sure you keep the restrictor pill in the MAP sensor line, and put it downstream of the tee if you use one.

I didn't touch the manifold, only the block-off plate. I bought a brass nipple (hose barb on one end, 3/8" thread on the other) that was the right side for the vac line. I drilled and tapped a hole in the plate, screwed it in, then cut off the threaded bit sticking out the back of the plate and ground it smooth.

My plate is 2.6mm (~0.100") thick, which is about the thinnest you should make a block-off plate. The 3/8" NPT thread has a pretty fine pitch, so it worked fine. It's been there over a year and doesn't leak. Drilling and tapping the manifold would just be an unnecessary PITA. I wouldn't want to do it with the manifold on the engine anyway.
