Pressure Sensor on a 91 N/A

Ok...before I get told to search..I did....I know where the sensor is and what it looks like.....what I was hoping someone here would help me with was this "pill" thing I keep hearing about and the orifice on the sensor.......Mine has never been removed. Where exactly do I drill the hole onto? I have what feels like a hole on top of the sensor but can't tell for sure due to the sticker on it. Is this orifice supposed to be on the "pill" and if so....do you enlarge it or drill else where....I'm in the process of grounding as much of the engine, ECU, BATT, Pressure Sensor and other items as possible....then is onto the fule system.....this 6000rpm hesitation is about to make me go ballistic on my car....the weird part is, it hesitated this morning really bad.....I go to lunch and the car is running great....wtf??
