Premix with semi-syntec?

I got some WTC-3 Semi-syntec 2strokes oil, i want to know if its correct for premix? Or i may be better with some 100% mineral oil.

And, is the canadian s4 TII fuel tank is the same size as the s4 us one?

I think synthetic premix should be fine. The main reason people say to avoid synthetics is because the cheaper sythetics dont burn as clean as mineral oils. Since this is supposed to burn, it should be fine.
