premium or regular?

ok all sill question but ive been told several things and well with the gas prices these days ive been running regular 87 octane fuel .... i was told premium 91 octane is the ideal fuel for my car .. is this wrong?.....

yup yup put in regular gas n then turn it on n smell your car... horrible.... premium works better

n/a = 87
turbo = higher? i dunno im N/A and i know 87 is the way to go.

well i have noticed less of a stink but my cat is also punched and i have full 3" with header so i expected some smell .... but in all honesty i havnt noticed any performance differences .... should i be able to dramticaly notice the difference?

don't use a higher grade than necessary...you'll know it's necessary because the car won't be running right.

All S4's call for 87 in the manual...stock, that is.
