Hi i'd been looking for a FC to toy around. So today i went for a test drive on a 87 FC n/a automatic with about 100k miles. Since the car isnt registered, my driving distance was very limited because i dont want to risk getting pull over. I drove it up and down the block a few times, the acceleration was very doggish-liked even though i floored the gas pedal and drove it on first gear. The acceleration is very gradual and it feels like a 100 hp Honda Civic. Also when i turn the steering a bit, the car stall out. Vacuum line ? Everything seems to be ok other than the acceleration part of it.

My question are: Is this normal for an automatic FC being this slow?
Could this be the gas that's been there for a yr?
Bad apex seal?

you would have to know what your looking for when driving one, i suggest looking for a differnt one with a manual transmission.
