The pan oil remains in place to lubricate the turbocharger and engine bearings. You still need the oil pan, or else your engine eats its bearings and dies instantly.

Premix simply removes the pump that took oil from the oil pan to lubricate the internal seals such as the apex seals, corner seals, and side seals, and replace it with a separate oil mixed with your fuel.

If you're still running a factory OMP, then do about 1oz of premix to 3-4 gallons. If you remoevd the OMP, do about 1oz per gallon. The premix you should use is anything that is TC-W3 certified. I just use cheap walmart stuff. It's liek 97cents for a 16oz.

has having the OMP open at opposite times affect your driveability at all? if not.. you should just use that same mix. If so.. i think you have a more important problem then trying to decide your premix ratio with OMP.
