The diagram is in the electrical section in "K-1." To make the window go up the Red/Black wire receives voltage while the Green/Black wire is the ground wire. To make the driver window go down the R/B wire is the ground and the G/B wire is the voltage wire. Chances are your switch is dirty or damaged.

Or you have a failed window regulator.

I got some electrical contact cleaner and sprayed it while jamming on the button and problem solved.

Not solved, just temporarily abated.

Solving the issue will require relaying the circuit and taking apart the switch to clean the contacts more thoroughly.
You bought some time, that's all.

That's the same site I use. There is an electrical FSM for 1991 (S5). Its located about 3/4's the way down the document in section K-1.

I did the relay install for the passenger side based on this writeup. .

We had to disassemble both switches to clean them out as they were both heavily carboned. The ABS plastic socket that holds lever arm in the passenger switch was broken so i used dynaweld epoxy to fix it. If this socket is broken the window wont go up.

The relays were easy to attach to the door using M4/.7 x 20mm machine screws and washers into existing blind nuts. Here is a picture before I wrapped the wires.
