Looking to replace the power steering rack on my S5 TII. Is the rack the same between all the different 2nd gen models/years?

 

i belive they will all bolt up. but there are diffrent ratios to worry about. i know there are posts talking about that issue.

You need to replace it with another of the same ratio. The TII's had the speed sensing faster rack that's NOT compatible with the slower engine speed sensing rack. Look for the number of hose connections, it's different between the two.
