Power Steering Question....

Ok, normally when your rack and pinion ps is spraying, should you replace it or is there a way of fixing it?

I'd say thats a good candidate for replacement.

But where is the fluid coming from, the rack or the hoses?

I'm going to double check to make sure where its at, I was looking at a picture of a rack today, and I remember the spraying coming from the rack not the hoses...
