Guys, My turbo car has been intermittently loosing P.S. boost for a while now. It seems to be getting worse as time goes by. I thought it was the pump so I bought a used one but it didn't make a difference. Can the rack itself cause this?

 

more likely its the p/s computer or the steering position sensor. find a shop manual, its pretty good
