Power steering line Question...

I'm wondering what seals the banjo bolts to the rack?

I know there is one seal on the bolt itself but does one sit against the rack as well?

Or what seals it..

I am so over PS probs... had the rack overhauled, inside Left boot is now torn (after a week) and leaks half the fluid out all the time.
