Power steering Leak?

Power steering Leak?
Alright I did a search and came up short.
Now here is the deal,
Brand new Engine, Brand new seals (everything in ternal/external) engine wise.
New rebuilt turbo and brand new ss Braided AN Lines. Both feed and retun,
I cannot see any place where oil is leaking, no lines not arround the oil pan, not at the turbo.
Here are the symptoms, there is leaking oil when I park the car.
The K-Member (engine Frame) is coated in oil near the middle but the whole thing seems to be getting wet. Now I know that the Power Steering Rack is also wet, I cannot see the place where it is leaking persay. So i figure this is indeed a power steering leak but I cannot determine where the leak is comming from.
Now the pertinent question is;
Is there a common leak in the power steering system (rack) pump is now leaking nor the fittings to the pump. So I am assuming it is comming from the rack or the lines, But not sure where. anybody got any suggestions.
I DO NOT want to get rid of Power Steering so Please do not tell me to just ditch it. I like parallel parking
