i put back a belt and im wondering how much p/s fluid should i put?

i put some in.. and it was like really easy to turn. like one finger needed... it felt un realistic. it was weird. then a few days later.. it got hard again.

um... i looked on the ground and there was lil spots of fluid. im guessing it P/S. is this a common problem?

where would it be leaking?
