power steering

power steering

Umm is it a problem if the power steering belt tension pully doesnt move??? Tighten bolt belt gets tighter losen bolt belt gets looser right? thats doesnt happen!!! i took the bolt all the way out and the belt didnt move any ideas on how to fix that?

there are two bolts. One is on the pulley it self. that is to allow it to slide. the other is above it on the mount/bracket. that one physically makes the pulley slide up or down. Now that you know the mechanics of it, go learn.

loosen the pulley itself or smash it with a hammer and some wd-40

Mine was broken off, welded it back on. Now it works like a charm.

worked like a charm thanks guys, now wherewould u recomend getting a new ps pump
rockauto, autozone any better sites with more upgrades stuff for later?
