None of them. Go with the Cosmo 13B-RE Jspec.

don't quote me on this, but i believe a 20b install is around 30 grand???

just go for a 13bt, they can get lots of power...read up on here, i think one guy had like 570 at 22psi on a 13bt...but that may also be a dime a dozen type thing

Those who have done a 20B swap all say it's a money pit.

The write ups I've seen on the 13B REW talk about steering rack clearance, frame clearance, engine & tranny mount issues, etc..

There are a lot of happy drivers of modded 13BT's in that power class.

see I don't know man you need more options up there like making your n/a a turbo that way you have a turbo on high compression rotors witch = more power with less boost and faster spooling time. I think 6k would be way more than adiquate (sp) for this setup and you would be very pleased. I can't say from experiance however alot of people like aaron cake have done this and love the results plus you could do crazy things with 6k and this setup like rebuild and street port your engine (rotary ressurection has good prices).

ok 2 resons i don't want to go that rought....1)i here for lots of people IE atkinsrotary and such that they don't last long. 2) don't really need the spool to be that fast not dragracing it i need 350 400 for drift 400 perfer so i have room to tune to tracks and such

if your looking to get 350-400 hp... go to grannysspeedshop.com unless you believe that the rotor is the heart/soul/total being/ etc etc of the Rx-7.

13bt pretty easy swap. 13brew not an easy swap. 20b not an easy swap. 13bre easier than 13brew and 20b. The RE swap is going to give you the most power potential. I have never heard of them being a weaker motor. They have larger intake ports, and runners. They are very capable of getting to those numbers.

I swear the only reason this person has 184 posts is because he has told 184 people to go with a v8. No knowledge to be gained by this guy just an old broken record. Also it seems like aaron cake has had his engine for a while! But yeah the 13bt is a pretty stable engine if tuned right.

13bt

Do the swap/rebuild for 2.5-3K (if you HAVE to have a S5... maybe a bit more) and use the rest for mods.

Ive heard from other members that the 13BRE and REW cost almost as much as a 20b swap.
